General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the store of Trade4Glory
§ 1 Scope and provider
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and the provider of the online store of Trade4Glory (hereinafter referred to as "provider").

§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The offers of the provider in the online store are non-binding and do not represent a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(2) By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the customer's order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.
§ 3 Right of revocation
(1) The customer has the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons but before the item(s) have been received and accepted on the customer account. Once the item(s) is bound to the customer account, the contract cannot be revoked anymore.
(2) More information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the refund policy of the provider.
§ 4 Prices and terms of payment
(1) The prices listed in the online store are final prices plus shipping costs. The customer will be informed of the shipping costs before submitting the order.
(2) The customer has to pay in full before receiving the item(s) and can pay by PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer.
§ 5 Terms of delivery
(1) Delivery is made within Germany and to other EU and non-EU countries.
(2) The delivery time is usually 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
§ 6 Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain the property of the provider.
§ 7 Warranty and liability
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) A liability of the provider for damages that do not result from injury to life, limb or health is excluded, unless they are based on intent or gross negligence of the provider or his agents.
§ 8 Data Protection
(1) The provider collects, stores and processes personal data of the customer only to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract.
(2) More information on data protection can be found in the privacy policy of the provider.
§ 9 Applicable law and jurisdiction
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In the case of consumers who do not conclude the contract for professional or commercial purposes, this choice of law shall only apply insofar as the protection granted is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence.
(2) If the Customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the Customer and the Provider shall be the Provider's registered office.
(3) The contractual language is German.
§ 10 Severability clause
If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provision.
